Bio
Real estate began as a profession. Over time, it became part of who Anita Kazmierczak is.
For more than two decades, Anita has worked across residential real estate with a particular focus on new construction, development, project positioning, marketing and sales strategy. Her career has placed her alongside builders, developers, ownership groups and onsite teams through launches, difficult markets, turnarounds and successful closeouts.
