“Estates at Montgomery” is our new seventeen lot community located off Harlingen Road in the Belle Meade section of Montgomery.

We will be breaking ground after the first of the year and expect to offer the first phase of five (5) one-plus acre lots with homes ranging in size from apx. 4,000 square feet and prices starting in the mid $800’s, with the first deliveries end of 2015 / spring 2016.

Estates at Montgomery consists of two tracts of land, one off Harlingen Rd in Montgomery (the first phase of which is 5 home sites) & the other, the three (3) remaining home sites on Handler Ct off Belle Mead Griggstown Rd. Beginning sometime inApril 2015, we will be offering for sale luxurious single family homes with city sewer and city water, ranging in size from approximately 3,800 square feet to approximately 4,400 square feet. Base prices will start in the low $800,000’s for the lots off Harlingen and from the mid $900,000’s for the homes on Handler Court.
