Estates at Holmdel Fields offers the benefits of a great town, an ideal location and a magnificent site.  With an entrance off Holmdel Road, south of Roberts Road, the site consists of about 50 acres subdivided into 19 lots around a cul-de-sac, ranging in size from 1.44 acres to 7.92 acres.  The site is located in the Rural Conservation District and it will not require a Homeowners’ Association.
Estates at Holmdel Fields will feature four (4) different models, each with three (3) elevations, ranging in size from 4,100 square feet to 5,700 square feet.  An on-site sales center is expected to open in Spring of 2016 with the first home deliveries in the 1st quarter of 2017.  Pricing will be set prior to the sales office opening.
