Estates at Holmdel Fields Open for Pre Sales!

Estates at Holmdel Fields is a nineteen (19) home community off Holmdel Road in Holmdel, NJ. The home sites will range in size from 1.44 acres up to 7.92 acres for the largest lot, with most lots in the 2.25 acre range. We are currently planning on building 4 different designs, each with three available elevations (combinations of fiber cement siding, stone and brick).

The Holmdel homes will have base square footages ranging from 4,114 square feet to 4,957 square feet, priced from $1,060,000 to $1,235,000. We will be charging lot premiums to differentiate the various home sites plus four of the lots will have walk-out basements at an additional cost. All homes will have 3-car side entry garages, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, conservatories and studies standard. Options for more bedrooms and baths plus sunrooms, are available.
