Between the sub-prime crisis, which gave rise to stricter lending requirements in addition to the onslaught of foreclosures and “short sales”, the information revolution, which changed the way people acquire facts and data to make purchasing decisions, and globalization, which has lead to significant cultural changes, it’s a new world. Since the sale and purchase of real property, whether for home or for business, is so significant in our society and so steeped in tradition, the impact these forces have had and will continue to have on real estate transactions, has been nothing short of monumental.

Anita’s new homes marketing services include: residential market review & analysis, comparative market analysis, absorption study, new construction product review (architectural & floorplan review), connections to the industry experts & local vendors, brochure design coordination & website design coordination, signage coordination, collateral design oversight plus advertising (internet marketing, social media, PR, professional photos ,virtual tours, videos, all MLS systems in NJ, model home design coordination and supervision..

As a Director of Sales and Marketing at Hight Point Development, she is currently in charge of hiring training and managing onsite sales staff at few large construction sites around NJ. She understands Large and Small building Companies business dynamics, including goals and objectives and provides advise that complements your business needs as well as your legal & financial requirements.

Anita Kazmierczak is also a co – owner of Kromer Contracting and Home Improvements LLC operating in NJ & NY.

Ms. Kazmierczak was named the Realtor Associate of the Year by Shore Builders Association of NJ for 2010. In 2011 she received a Gold Level Award & Circle of Honor Award in recognition of outstanding achievement in New Home Sales. She was the only member of the Association to receive a Gold Level for 2011 & Platinum for 2012, 2015 & 2016 in New Home Sales! In addition to NJ Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales Awards every year from 2007 to 2012 & Platinum Award in 2015-2016.

Born and raised in Europe, Ms. Kazmierczak brings a global perspective to her work which combined with her American training (Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and a minor in Business Management) affords her the ability to understand cultural shifts, evolving business metrics and the forces impacting real estate transactions. Ms. Kaźmierczak, along with Better Homes / VRI Homes Realty, has donated commissions and clothing to 180 Turning Lives Around of Hazlet, NJ, an organization that helps those suffering from mental and substance abuse. Ms. Kaźmierczak and her business participate in the Toys for Tots program, donates to RPAC, Habitat for Humanity & St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
